E-brake Prob?

I was wondering how much the E-brake should be pulled before it clamps down on the wheels?

I have to pull mine almost all the way for it to even engage at all. I pull it so far back that it takes some effort to release it.

Is this normal or are they worn out?

it should only need 5-7 clicks

It takes me 9 clicks to have it even start to work and 10 clicks to be enough to stop the car from rolling down hill.

Well you do have a heavy vehicle.

9 is not bad at least it works properly.
