Omg.. Now Tranny Problem.. Help Plz

Soooo.. I check my transition oil today (cold).. and its WAYYYYYYY past were it suposed to be.. I mean really full.. I been drinving like this for a while now.. I am so scared.. What does this mean?? Will it be all messed up now? Should I take it to someone to fix it?? should I take some out.. what do I do.. I bought the car last week.. do you think the guy did that because it has transition problems?

First, Drain and fill to spec. I am almost certain that the fill is 2 qts. ( that is what my fill is on my 1998 gs300 ). DOUBLE CHECK YOUR OWNERS MANUAL.

Did you check the level with engine idling in neutral, car on level ground, or did you check it with the engine off? It must be checked with the engine running, otherwise the level will appear quite high.

so I guess everything is ok.. I took it to the guy down the street and he said that it needs to be checked when the car is running.. so everything is fine..
