I believe my sisters friend who is a mechanic looked at it before and filled it up with fluid but its still noisy and bothersome. Thanks, Search for the thread here and DIY, will save you a lot. two hours work, done. just change the pump not the reservior. rebuild the soft parts for 10 bucks plus shipping, craigslist in NY somewhere.
