hickory1465
I'm have a burning smell coming from the front tire wheel well area. does not smell like oil, more like grease. I have taken it to the dealer and local garage. I have looked underneath of it with the techs, no axle boots torn. Undercarriage is bone dry, all fluid levels full. Anyone ever have this? lenore
Please check your tranmission fluid, make sure it is bright red and not black or burnt smelling....
Grumpa72
Drive the car for a while and then put your hand on the hub of your wheel and see if it is hot. If it is, you either have a caliper not releasing or a brake line that is not allowing the pressure to subside. If either one is your situation, it needs to be remedied. If neither one is, then I would inspect the car while it is on a lift and try to do an up close sniff test to see if you can isolate the area.
