scottmcc Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Hello all Just purchased my first Lexus. 2005 LS 430. Absolutely love it. What have some of you done to get more bass by adding additional Sub Woofers to the existing Mark Levinson Sub.
llexus05 Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Installed an Infiniti Basslink in my 2003 LS430 UL last week. The Levinson is nice but I like the improvement. There is more low bass and with adjustability in crossover and gain you can tune to suit your needs.

If you listen to fast, heavy stuff, go with a smaller sub and more. Rap and the other slow long bass, go with big and few(or lots and blow your eardrums) :)

I assume you used the low level inputs?
llexus05 Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 That's right. Simply added to the existing sub to augment the low end. I have the crossover turned all the way down and the gain at barely half.
