epper Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 Check out www.nctd.com for specs and complete review of the new 2004 LS430. This is a great review and spells out everything about this new car......
bob Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 2004 LS430 on display in showroom. Columbus, Ohio Body looks the same to me. A few trim changes. No price sticker. End of month for price.
SW03ES Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 The only parts the same on the body are the roof, the doors and the rear quarter panels. The whole front end (hood, fenders, headlights, grille, bumper) and the whole rear end (trunklid, bumper, rear deck, taillights) are all new. The changes are evolutionary but they're there.
lexusboy Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 That car seems awesome. I wish my ls had a 6 speed tranny. Also I like the revolving headlights for when you are cornering. Thanks for the good link!

stuartr Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 Here's another short but interesting look at the car... http://www.ponchatoula.com/ptimes/auto/
SW03ES Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 Looks like my father may be trading his 98 on one ;)
bob Posted September 12, 2003 Posted September 12, 2003 Looked at both 2003 - 2004 side by side in showroom. hood=same fenders=same grill=outer trim a bit wider front bumper=lower half total change trunk=did not look that close doors=same, but handle has a button now? Maybe my eyes are bad?? bob
SW03ES Posted September 12, 2003 Posted September 12, 2003 Your eyes are bad LOL. ;) Everything forward of the A pillar is all new, all the sheetmetal. I can clearly see it in person and in the pictures. The changes are gentle, its just a refresh but they're unnmistakingly there.
