russ306 Posted September 16, 2007 Share Posted September 16, 2007 I have a 1999 Lexus GS300 and it has been making a crackeling/ratteling noise for the last few weeks. I went to a local muffler shop and the manager told me that peices from my catalytic converter have broken off and are not shaking around in the reasonaator of my car.
