I have a 1995 ES300 and I just replaced the front jug looking motor mount and the top dog-bone mount. Now I'd like to replace the other one I see online but don't know where it's located or how tough it is to do?!

It looks like a "W" shape and there is also another hockey puck shaped one I see for sale. Can someone give me a scale of 1-10 on difficulty and a basic how-to. Like do I need to jackup the engine a bit, etc. The jug looking front mount was pretty easy I thought.

Can you buy/replace the shock that is mounted to the front of the engine too? Where do you get that?

Lot of little questions but thanks for the help guys!

I don't think its an easy job. I just have the rear engine/transmission mount replaced on my 2000 ES and the mechanic said it was a pain in the !Removed!. Like some of the parts were rusted together and stuck because of the heat. They had like 4 guys working on it. The part was $120 and it ended up being like $185 total. If you know a lot about cars I might try it but my best advice would be just to take it into the shop.
