Has Anyone Heard This Sound Before And Does It Mean Trouble?

I have not posted in quite some time, but I am a non mechanic female owner of an LS430, 2003, for a few months. I bought the car with 33K on it, just had my transmission flushed and synthetic oil change, and tire rotation. (Thanks to advice from you all.)

Now I occasionally hear a creaking sound(s) when my steering wheel goes back to its origianal position after the car is turned off. Has anyone else experienced this, and does it mean trouble? or a trip to a mechanic?

I appreciate your help in any other areas also. I need to let this car carry my ashes to the crematorium, and really want to take care of it. Thanks in advance for any help.

LS430 = hearse? I hadn't really thought of the car that way, but that's funny. The sound might just be the car settling in/down after driving. If you do not get a reply here, I would call a dealer and talk to a customer service rep. I doubt this is anything to be concerned about though....
