BlackLex Posted September 2, 2007 Share Posted September 2, 2007 I have a dull fluttering sound inside the car that I finally pinpointed,I think. I used my stethascope and put it right on my fuel line filter under the car and thats the only place that I get the same sound . the fuel line leads to the fuel pump in the tank. do fuel pumps make noise sometimes or is mine going out .
