ctuck
Greetings, I am in the market for a used 2003 LS 430. I have been searching for the past four months and I believe I have located one at a Toyota dealership near Denton, TX. I have never owned a Lexus but my research has revealed that Lexsus quality is superb. Can someone please provide me some tips or pointers what to watch out for when I go look at the vehicle? What is the required maintenance for a vehicle with 50k miles? Do I need to be concerned since the vehicle is not being advertised or sold by a Lexus dealer. I did run a carfax report and it seems that the vehicle was a corporate fleet vehicle. Do I need to be concern with a corporate fleet vehicle. Any help would greatly be appreciated since this is my first buying experience for a used LS 430. I have to admit I am a little nervous so if anyone can assist in removing the tension I thank you in advance. thanks, ctuck
RFeldes
I would not be overly concerned other than corporate fleet. Sometimes maintenance is sketchy at best. Take the carfax and vin to your "nola" lexus dealer and have them pull up its maintenance history. Good Luck.

The car had a clean maintenace record and all maintenance was performed on time. The only problem found was the rear brakes need replacing. Thanks for assistance, ctuck
