I thought that the side view mirrors tilt down on the ES350 when equipped with the backup camera. Since my wife has a GS, I may just be confused. You need to make sure that your L - R is pushed to either the L or the R not in the middle for the mirrors to drop. If it is left in the middle the mirrors will not lower.
