Solar Sensor

Hi,

Ok this is a deal. About week ago I replaced AC Compressor, drier and converted to 134 and it works great when it wants to work. Sometimes my AC light starts blinking and the compressor shuts off. I checked the codes and I'm getting 21* which is a Solar Sensor. Can somebody tell me where is this ting located at and what could be wrong with it. And also if anyone knows how to fix it would be useful. Thanks

Solar sensor is on top of dashboard on the passenger side.
