Looking At Getting A Ls, How Much Is It Worth?

Hey guys, I havent been on the forum in awhile... I had a 98 GS400 two years back (you can see pics in the gallery), and since then I have had a Vette, 300zx TT, F150, and a 5.0 foxbody Mustang.... but I have finally returned to my true home, a Lexus.

I am looking at a 1992 LS400, 109k miles, full serivice (timing, belts, hoses) done at 65k miles, and the dash light problem was fixed at Lexus a year ago. Body is in good shape, minor scrathes from everyday driving. The front seats are pretty torn up though, as you can see in the pictures. Has Alpine CD/MP3 player, and Boston Acoustik speakers throughout. Spotless CarFax. They are throwing in some 19" rims with bald tires as well.

What is a good price for me to pay for this car?

The guy is asking 5,000.... but said he will sell for 4,500. Is that still too much? It sounds about right to me, but I might be way off.

Looks to me like about a $3,000 to $3,500 car with that interior. Just my opinion.
