Thinking Of Replacing Radio And Speakers In 96 Es300

Any suggestions? Are there any radios that can use the stock 6cd changer, or can only the stock head unit use it? Also, will I need an amp or anything if I wanna replace the stock speakers with same size, better sounding ones?
