Brakes

I want to change all the pads on my GS300. I have heard from several people(including a few mechanics) that it's not always the best idea to turn the rotors when changing pads. Im a beleiver that you should, but their arguments were interesting and valid as well. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the input.

Just changed mine on my 400 and did not turn them. I did not have any vibration so i just decided to wait. If it starts to shake before they need changing I'll just get them turned at that time. The calipars are very easy to remove
