I have the oppertunity to trade a Car I have sitting around for a 92 SC400 with 96,000 miles on it. Do you have any opinions or things I should check or watch out for. termin8or Posted April 14, 2007 Share Posted April 14, 2007 I just bought mine about 1-1/2 months ago as an extra car. I've already put about 2500 miles on it. 93 SC400. I bought this car because a guy at work has an LS400 (same engine) with 240K miles. No issues at all and had just done normal maintenance. My SC has 134K and runs strong. It was to be an extra car but I like it so much I do drive it every day. I don't think you will be disappointed but do check for the normal items that this forum explains so well. ie: leak in PS pump, dash needle lights, rear trunk lid pistons etc. These are mostly naggy little problems but you should check.
