BLUEV8DGS4
As a former honda fan and avid honda owner/tuner, I wondered if motors where as "easily swap-able" in the toyota/lexus ranks. After working for toyota as a service manager, i noticed TUNDRA EQUIPPED 2UZ-FE 4.7L. Wonder if you could build a GS470 using the bottom end from this engine... kinda of like a "b20/VTEC" ENGINE was famous in the honda world.... (non vtec bottom end, but retained a longer stroke on the crank and larger bore on the cylinders, mated to a high flowing vtec head) also what engines or what year cars share the same engine... in case someone needed to find a long block for lets say a 98 GS400. I know my model and i guess anything after 98 has vvti, but what shortblocks from other lexus/older GS model cars will work? sorry guys I am a newbie... :whistles:
