Frankie_B
I'm pretty sure the bulbs are fairly generic - there are a few styles though. I'd read the manual to find out how to get the bulb out (I think there's a section for lights & bulbs where it tells you how to get them out etc). Usually, you have to get to the backside of the lamp assembly and twist the light assembly about 90 degrees, pull it out, and then pull the bulb itself. I'd take the bulb to a local parts store and ask them for help finding the same type - make them earn their salary! Replacing the bulb is a reverse process. It's really not that hard. Shouldn't be, anyway.

Frankie_B
You don't have to go to a Lexus dealership for those! Save you money and just head to a car parts store. The numbers above are the standard, form-factor or format if you will of the bulbs. For example, a 7443 bulb will look like this (corrected for color lol): 2825: Most if not all part stores will have them! And they cost a couple of bucks. Surely not $100!! SW03ES
$100?!?!? A mechanic will see you coming man. Try $3 at AutoZone. Very easy to replace, theres a door in the trunk liner behind the lamp, its self explanitory.
