Olddogls400 Posted March 3, 2007 Share Posted March 3, 2007 I just bought a 91 ls and the keys were stolen/lost. it has the factory alarm/keyless entry system. I want to be able to use this feature again. I called up a few lexus dealers and they wanted $500 to replace the keys and the chip for the keys. if i found another key fob, could i use the guts for the button in a new key? or am i just going to be stuck using the key to unlock my new sweet ride? help me out here in my first foreign car purchase.
