scottelble Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 On a 98'-00' LS how much will the wheels rub if mounted to stock suspention if at all? I had 20's on my 98' GS and didn't have much problems. I'm contemplating it! Also do you have any issues with steering wheel shimmys at 60-70mph? That drove me nuts and took three times to get the balancing correct. I know LS400's are very steering sensitive and i haven't went bigger than 18's on one yet.
SKperformance Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 All depends on the rims and its size other wise if your suspension is old it will have a balance problem from them having more weight.
rwallican Posted March 3, 2007 Posted March 3, 2007 I've got 20s on my 96 ls. No shakes or rubbing (245/35/20). If you go 255 I think that's when you get a little rubbing when you turn. You will be shocked how well it still rides with 20s.
