Purchased GS there last year. My car was delivered with underinflated tires. Sales person didn't brother to let me where the wheel lock nut was located. My tires were at 28 psi and tire warning came on after I left the dealership.

Because of this I give them a bad Lexus Customer review. The sales person calls me after and complain that he will not get his bonus because of my review on his dealership. What a jerk, said he never wish he sold me the car.

Yes, I will report to Lexus Corporate. I did notify the sales person and service department right away, but the point is that they don't want me to indicate this on the survey. They expected me to give them a good survey, then when I didn't, the sales guy call me back to complain. As a customer, I have every right to indicate my feedback. The truth is they didn't do a good job of preparing my car. For a Lexus ales person to call me and say he wish he never sold me the car and that I mess up, is alarming!

It took two service visit to fix the Tire warning indicator, but the issue was that they didn't brother to check my tires on the delivery. This prompt the Tire warning system light to come on. Scared my wife, this happen after driving our new car for about 15 minutes. We check the tires and they were all around 28 psi. We add air, but warning light still shows up.

The issue is the fact that their service people didn't brother to check and inflate my tires. Sales guys don't want me to write this on the survey. I did, now he is complaining because the dealership is making him pay by not giving his January bonus. I am already upset at the fact that they didn't brother to prepare my car, but now their sales guy has the nerve to call me and complain. Anyway, I already spoke to his Manager, but I don't think that will mean much.

How would you feel if you just spend close to 50K and to be treated this way?
