Paper Back Book Or Cd?

I'm a book in the hand kind of guy, although I'm sure a CD of the factory manual would be nearly as invaluable. If the CD material is questionable you may wish to spend time downloading PDF's from the Toyota/Lexus Tech Info System offered at a subscription rate of $10 for a day. You didn't mention the model year, but I see a 90 & 93 set of manuals on eBay for significantly less than $200. Hope this helps!

Just be careful that the cd is legitimate. I bought one from EBay back in the days, and it was a waste of $25 bucks. I agree a book is better. I recently used a tutorial from Lexls, and was determined not to print it out (cheap inkjet printer). So I kept walking back in the house to look at the monitor. Even tried to write stuff down. Finally gave up, printed it out. You can't beat the written word, I believe.
