JonsRX300 Posted September 1, 2003 Share Posted September 1, 2003 I bought the wiring diagrams, and the service manuals, after spending allot of time researching, I decided it was not worth it. It takes a special wiring harness, that runs from a junction box behind the radio, into the doors for speakers, (because it is also a different radio installation) overhead for the radio antenna ( I did not understand that) hooks from the display to the computer near the rear tire, and antenna infront of the radio unit. I ended up buying a Magellan 750M, stuck it under the passenger rear seat, ran the display to the cup holder and plugged the cigarette into the aft center console, magnetic antenna on the roof..... maybe took 15 minutes. I got mine off of ebay. They may even have a newer version out now, It worked flawlessly from Florida to Wisconsin, telling turn by turn the route. And it is completely portable.
