Location Of 97 Ls 400 Amplifier

I searched the forums and have some ideas of where to start looking but nothing on a 97 amp location. Is it in the trunk, under the seat or near the glovebox? Thanks guys!

Thanks I found it! I was doing some searching on remote starts and I see you have a clifford installed in your 98' who did the install? Did you have to have a 2nd key hidden behind the dashboard? Best Buy told me I would need a 2nd key to do the install. I'm wondering if there is some way to bypass this issue and/or use the factory key fob to use with a remote start system. i saw a post that said he used the same fob and hit the panic button twice. Do you have any info? Thanks!!!

your key does not have a chip in it so you dont have to worry about hiding another key in the car

i have a remote start from compustar for few years now in my ls and it works just fine:)
