Turn Signal Noise On 99 Gs400

My 99 GS400 started making a strange sound in the turn signal area. I don't know if it is the turn signal assy or a loose wire?

Is it blinking fast or at the same time as the indicator turns on?

Yeah,

If it's blinking fast then you installed a wrong bulb somewhere. I remembered that happened to me once when I installed a slightly wrong bulb in my tail lights. Fast blinkers. Installed correct bulb; prob fixed.
