Gryphon Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 I would like to change the Lexus Personalized Settings in my 2007 RX400h from time to time without paying the dealer (the first time is free). Has anyone found a way?
skyfish400h Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 I would like to change the Lexus Personalized Settings in my 2007 RX400h from time to time without paying the dealer (the first time is free). Has anyone found a way? For the most part, no. There are a few things you can do. The preferences on when the doors lock and unlock can be done manually, the process is described in the owners manual. There is a sunroof reset (re-learn) proceedure on here somewhere...
RX400h Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 That's kinda sad because my Corvette not only allows me to change all settings, myself, but I can also view any service codes on the Digital Information Center. I wonder why Lexus doesn't allow this to be the case with the RX?
Gryphon Posted October 9, 2006 Author Posted October 9, 2006 I wonder why Lexus doesn't allow this to be the case with the RX? I suspect so that Lexus dealers can charge $100+ per hours to do it for you.
