Center Cupholder - Remove Lid?

Hi Everyone:

My Starbucks coffee ended up spilling outside of the cup and all around the cupholder that's in the center (not one inside the console). It also looks like some coffee spilled in between the cup holder itself and the center console - that section where the door flips open to reveal the cup holder.

I tried fidgiting with the flip cup holder door, but didn't see a way to remove it. Anyone know how I would get inside there to clean up the rest of the spill? Is there some trick in removing the cup holder door?
