lexusk8
Does the engine temperature gauge in the dash look normal? If not, it looks like you may have a short in the circuit for the coolant temperature sensor. Get this checked out at a Lexus or Toyota dealership ASAP. Naw the temp gauge is normal it never goes above half way line. I replaced o2 sensor about year ago i cant imagine it going out again or is this possible. Guy at lexus dealership said to check coolant. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Thanks for replies
dfire9
Ok now I had them pull the code again and and only came up with engine code P1155 which I think is o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1. Is this the sensor that is on back side of the engine closest to the firewall?

Did replacing the O2 Sensor by the firewall work for this code? Or did you have to replace the one in front of the vehicle (header). Thanks.
