Booyah
Do you find that the rear pull cover in the back makes a racket of noise when going over not so smooth roads? What have you done to prevent it besides taking it off :whistles:
Benjamin Tang
ours only makes noise when it's retracted. with it usually closed, it dosen't cause any issues on our rx....
Booyah
Mine stays in the closed position with the tabs locked down so when the rear hatch opens the cover stays put.
Rx330driver
i took mine off completely, i dont think its necessary to have that cover. i guess while driving, it would be best to have it retracted and then when you park you will have to open it again. to my knowledge there is no tsb for this
arens
I am usually only in the wife's when we go somewhere on the weekends. With the cover in either position I really don't notice any noise. Of course, between the wind noise and the radio it would have to be a loud rattle before I would notice it. I do not notice any noise in mine. But if you would like to hear rattles I will let you drive my Jeep! :D
omniboy
I do not notice any noise in mine. But if you would like to hear rattles I will let you drive my Jeep! :D I will second that. My 01 cherokee rattles so much that getting in the Lexus is night and day. However the jeep is made to preform off road not at the country club.
