Lexus Is 300 Shocks/traction Problem

i have a problem i dont know if some one can give me a run through on how to fix it. my 2002 is 300 drives like it has no shocks like i am riding on pure spring when i go at high speed u can feel the car swaying from side to side i dont know if it has something to do with the traction control, the car recently was crashed to the driver side front fender (left) and i changed the left suspension system the car was driving good and all of a sudden one day its starts to drive as if my shocks were finished, i dont know if the shocks are electonically operated please if someone can assist me if u can send me picture of how to fix it or tell me. please asap
