Cb Radio

I'm going to be going on a 3 week road trip with my RX. I was thinking of taking a CB radio along. I have some concerns that when transmitting, the RF from the radio might screw up the car computer. Does anyone know if this is a problem or not, or used a CB in their RX ?

I used one in my 2002 IS300 with no problems. I pretty much stay on channel 19 if that makes a difference. I have not tried it in my IS350 yet though.
