I'm very happy. I spent a long time researching the car but it was not really needed. With KBB and sites like LOC, anyone can become a well informed buyer with very little effort and in very little time. I had gone to KBB and gotten the dealer invoice including options. Buying on the last day of the month is definitely recommended also. It also didn't hurt that I had a little bit of leverage as my buddy was also buying (he ended up with an RX350)

I bought mine at Prestige Lexus in Ramsey, NJ about two weeks ago and drove it back to Texas. MSRP $41,612 and paid $36649 out the door, but without sales tax and license which I bought when I got home. We also got a beautiful ride through peak redbud season in Virginia for FREE!
