How Do I Change Email Address

I have a new ISP and a new Email address. I am unabe to log in because I can,t remember my log in information ( password ) I asked for new password and reply stated it was sent to my Email. Since I don't have the old Email any more, I won't get the message. If all else fails, I could register again Old user name darrellk. :(
