Rse System Remote

My kids lost the remote to the factory RSE DVD player in our 2003 LX 470. Does anyone know where I can get one for less than the $285 that dealer wants to charge me? Will some kind of universal remote work? The dealer told me the part number is 86170-34020 if that helps at all.

also, look at this forum - some guy mentions that a Pioneer unit uses the same remote - go to the page and search for your part number.

I did the same search on ebay you did to come up with those options and although I do apprecaite it, the first remote was the wrong one and the second thing talked about a switch and volume assembly.

I also saw that thread on the Tunrda forum and made the same post I made here on there. A guy PM'ed me that he had one and I could buy it from him, so hopefully that will work out. If not, I will try to find a car stereo or a pioneer store here in Houston.
