Doors Won't Lock After Jumping Battery

Recommended Posts

My brother used the 93 ES300 and the battery died at his friend's house. They jumped her up and he was able to drive home. However, the doors won't lock now. When I push the door lock nothing happens. If I use the key, it only locks that one door.

I'm assuming it's a fuse, but I don't know which one it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

edit- ok, so I just called the Lexus Dealership and was told that it's not likely a fuse because there's another fuse that would give out first and it would prevent me from even starting the car.

He told me to reset the power locks by locking and unlocking the driver door 8 times, but that didn't seem to work either.

Any other suggestions? I'll keep you all posted.
