allright ..... so in my 96, where the shifter is located, anyone know if the cover where it says (p,r,d,1,2 and the ect bottom) can be poped off ?

lemme know before i try cause im not about to break it

hmm good question!i would say no but it is possible.i looked at mine and it does not look like it wants to come off.Lets wait and see is anyone ever did it before you try it.

I know you can on a 95 es 300. Mine is seperated now for cleaning

Haha, yup. When i did my marble wood trimming, i pulled out the trim panel... after doing that the shifter base plastic just snaps off.
