buzzz Posted June 28, 2006 Share Posted June 28, 2006 I have a 2001 ls 430 that I got 6 months ago. My problem is a funny one , its got me stumped. Maybe someone could help me.. heres the problem .. when I press on the brake pedal the forward sensing light comes on. When I fill the car up with gas the fuel guage say full , after driving 5 miles or so the gas guage drops to half way (i know its full cause it only costs 5 bucks to top it up). Sometimes the gas guage drops to empty after Ive filled it. The car prrrrs like a kitten but I cant seem to figure out why the gas guage drops shortly after fillup and why the front sensor light comes on when I brake? any suggestions thankyou! I cleaned the battery terminals(contacts) to no avail. Oh, you have the new 8liter V16 Ls430 version. You go 5 miles and it cost 5 dollars to top it back off. Wow.
