Accessories For A New Owner

Hi all. I bought a 2004 ES330 about two weeks ago and need to know if there are any essential accessories.

I want a set of all-season mats and have only found these, are there better options?

I'm also looking for clear or slightly tinted license plate covers but have not found on yet.
