Slammed: Put it in a vice, gently compress it, insert an expendable drill bit into the hole, all the way through. Use a bit that is the biggest that you can fit through the hole, as it will have the most strength. Mount the tensioner completely, pull on the belt a little to put force against the tensioner & pull the drill rod out, using vice grips if necessary. Done......
