Clutch Chatter?

Hi foks, I just picked up a new IS250 MT this past Saturday. The car drives great and the quality is miles ahead of the Mach1 I traded, although I'll miss the raw power of that car! I notice a little noise/chatter when the clutch engages in 1st. Anyone know if this is normal? It's not really a lot of vibration, just a little chatter.

Oh, one other thing. How hard is it to shut your hood? I have to drop mine a bit to get it to close.

The hood closing sounds normal from what other owners say. Dunno about the clutch.

no idea about the clutch, but just lower the hood to the lock, and press your palms on it in a quick action. that should close it, thats what i do

taking it in next week, I'll let you know what they say.

Could quite possibly be normal. C5 corvettes do the same thing. Sounds awful, but normal.
