Navigation - Incorrect Disk Error

I just screwed up my navigation by accidentally hitting load "US-TAB" under LOAD section, of the "secret" menu...

Now the navigation system appears to be inoperative and reads on the opening screen a message in English, but mostly

Japanese.

It reads(the English part), "Error; System unable to access the program"

"Incorrect Program Disk, Please insert proper disk".

Anyone know how to reset it ? Please help.

Contact your local Lexus dealership and request them to have their local FTS send them the repair disc to reset your navigation ECU.

I would highly suggest that you not adjust anything in this hidden menu.

You can also try disconnecting the battery for a few moments. You might lose your radio presets but it will reset the navigation system.
