U need help from preferably two people for this as one has to top up the reservoir, one has to pump the break pedal and hold it on ur command and you have to the blead the line at the wheels preferablly at all four wheels so u get all the old fuild out or at least one back wheel.

make sure some one always fills the reservoir as u dont want air into the system. there is a small beeld valve at the back of the wheel hub and you should be able to loosen it with a 10 metric or plyers before you do that u might want to connect a tube on it so it doesnt spill everywhere and drain the fluid in a old oil container. when lose ask the person sitting in the driver seat to pump the break, good idea to keep the car running so u have break booster to help assist .The pedal should be pumbed and heldand fluid will come out of the valve loosened by you tighten the valve before he releases the pedal back up so again air doesnt go in from the valve u have loosened.do this step a few times making sure somone is adding the fluid at the reservoir and you should be able to flush your oil out.hope this helps

maybe this also helps to get a little idea in pictures

Good write-up.

Takes longer with 1 person, you have to be able to keep tabs on the fluid level in the res.

Brake fluid is cheeeeap. Pour fresh brake fluid about 1/2 way up a clear container. Put a hose/line from the bleed nipple into the fresh fluid. Then pump it out. That way no air can enter the system while pumping / closing it off & the only thing that get's sucked back up is atleast mostly fresh fluid. :)

If you're young & not completely lamed up & can adjust your mirrors, or swing your head under the car to watch for air bubbles, etc.

Dot3 fluid. Dot4 fluid if you race.
