Brake Light Comes On During S Topping

Hey all--

The brake light started coming on when I press the brake down to stop. It sometimes comes when I'm accelerating/turning hard too. I have 120,000 mi and am not sure if/or when the last owner changed the pads. So my questions are these:

1) How much does it cost to have a meinike or pep boys or whoever replace the brake pads and should I trust them?

2) Or, should I just buy some pads off of ebay and have my helpful buddy put them on for me? Which pads should I buy (not looking for anything expensive/high performance)?

Your pads are low and the brake fluid has become low in the reservoir.

Add fluid or change you pads.
