Wicked_Lex
I saw that Lextreme has rebuilt high stall TCs on their website for $179 with exchange of OEM TC. This sounds too good to be true when most of the other TCs that I have seen are selling for $700- $1000. have any of you guys installed one of these? Does anyone know the labor cost of replacing a TC? Thanks
ZedEx
Errr, that sounds PRETTY low man... I'd look into a bit more before sending any money their way. Do they say what exact stall it is? 3,000? 3,500? And changing a Torque Converter sucks. Not so much getting to it, but getting it off is another story. I had a 3,500RPM Stall on my '91 Plymouth Laser, and when I had to take it off to sell the engine when I parted it out... It took me forever to get the thing off trying not to break the bolts. Care to post the link?
