nc211 Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Did I miss a TSB? These sure don't look like the regular fitment fittings for the rear pads..... Do these work?? Cause they sure didn't on my car...
nc211 Posted April 4, 2006 Author Posted April 4, 2006 The ones that are on the car now have a folded piece of metal that acts as a spring type mechanism..does that make sense? kind of like the front fitment clips you put on the pads themselves to hold them in place. Except on the rear, the fitment clip is actually on the caliper and not the pad. It confused me last weekend so I didn't replace them. Oh well, but if yours are the smaller ones in the picture, then I guess I have the old ones and they've changed them up over the years.
SKperformance Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 Hmmm ... I am pretty sure my clips stay attached to the caliper also not the pads. The only thing attached to the pads were the shims and the wear sensors on the right outer ones.
