Slight Shake

Seems I rotated tires and did not cause any .5" cut in wheel. Anywaysssss...

Is it possible I did not do opposite lug nuts when I tightened them down? I feel a slight vibration up front when I do over 60? I know my rotors need to be changed also. Any advice? Might try to loosen and then go opposite on my wheel lug nuts.

Do they make rustless rotors?

Sounds to me like you have a tire or tires out of balance. As everyone can tellyou - for some reason it is hard to balance LS400 wheels properly. Symptoms usually come and go at different speeds. I have found on my '93 that 50-75 is usually when the vibration happens.

If your steering wheel is vibrating at that speed then the problem is in the front tire(s). If you feel a non-steering vibration (usually noticed in the headrests shaking) then it's probably in the rear.

Arrrggggggg... So I need to get a balance.. Great.. Should have left them the way they were. :)

kewl.....use the balancer I suggested on the earlier thread. They're no more expensive than the other ways..that clearly don't work nearly as well. You'll be very happy with the results...make sure you ask for the "road force" part of the process. This will identify and heavy spots asociated with the tire and rim mountings.

I think Tire Rack uses something like this.. Once rotated they are no longer on.. Weird thing is previously one tires was moved to the front and everything felt okay.. then I moved the other to the front and you can feel something at about 70. Ohh well, thanks.
