How To Remove Es 300 Transmission? General Overview Needed.

I have R&R rear drive trans before but 1st for FWD. Car got leaking engine rear main seal that I need to replace. I need some image or overview of how to so I know what tool is needed and what to expect so the job goes smoother/ faster. I do have air tools.

I know you need to support engine while removing trans? Remove front left susspensions? Any other tricks. TIA.
