Headlight Aim Adjustment?

Hey guys, I noticed that my headlights arent really aimed right, at night I dont have very good visability. The lights appear to be pointed down a little bit, so I dont get good light far in the distance. Does anyone know how to adjust the headlight aim on a 95 LS? I found two adjustments, one appears to be for the fog light, then the other one I didnt mess with because it says L - R, so I thought maybe that was for the aim for the light left to right now up and down like I need. Pics would be helpful.

Excellent. Thanks a lot! I wasnt sure what to adjust and what not to. I have the driver side foglight all out of aim now but will be fixed easily enough.

Hmm, this must be for the newer headlight style. I dont have an aiming screw on top of mine like in those diagrams. Does anyone know how this works for a 95?
