Fog Lights Bulbs

i blew a fog light bulb...i had some blueish tint bright white bulbs in it off ebay that lasted a year... u i think i might get some yellow tinted bulbs for it.... would a 100w h3 bulb melt anything? or should i stick to 55w?

plastic housings and overwattage bulbs do not mix never mind the need to rewire them as the stock wiring is only made for half the power.
